What we hold, and what the public sees
iBody Network is a directory of practitioners. That means some of what you tell us is meant to be public, and some of it is not. This page draws the line clearly.
Who we are
iBody Network is run in Springfield, Missouri. Write to [email protected] about anything on this page.
What you give us
When you apply, the form asks for your name, email address, profession, city and state, and details about your practice. Phone, website, business name, street address and ZIP code are optional — you can leave them blank. If you send us a photograph, we hold that too.
We also count how often a listing is viewed and how often someone taps a contact link. That is a number, not a record: it tells a practitioner that their listing is being seen, and it is not tied to any visitor's identity.
What appears on the public directory
Only what you approve. Your listing shows your name, professional title, profession, modalities, areas of focus, city and state, business name, and bio — plus whichever contact details you choose to supply.
Your street address and ZIP code are never published. If you give them, they are used only to place you correctly on the map and in search.
At the end of the application you are asked directly whether we may publish your details. If you say no, your listing is not published. If you change your mind, write to us and we will act on it.
What we never publish
Your application itself. Responses are held in a private spreadsheet that only the two people who run the network can open. Nothing is published automatically — the public directory is built from that spreadsheet by hand-selected fields, not by showing the spreadsheet.
Who else touches it
The site is served by Cloudflare. The form, the spreadsheet and the mail are Google. Photographs are stored by Cloudflare. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on the site.
Email from us
We write to you about your listing, the network, and events. We do not send marketing on behalf of anyone else. Ask us to stop and we will.
Changing or removing your information
Write to [email protected] and say what you would like changed. We will make the change, or remove your listing and your application entirely, and confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.
How long we keep it
While your listing is active, and for as long as we need the records to run the network afterwards. If you ask us to delete, we delete.
Changes to this page
If this policy changes we will update this page and note the date. The current version is dated 6 November 2026.
